Based on all the research you have done so far, collect the relevant forms from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services website that you have downloaded throughout the project and fill them out. They should all be available as PDFs that can be filled out electronically. There will be between 5 and 8 forms to fill out, depending on the scenario (married or engaged) that you chose in Lesson 1. Here are the forms you will need to fill out: If you have chosen the option of engagement: I-129F K-1 I-485 if doing AOS (no form needed for CP) I-765 for employment K-2 for each child Here are instructions for filling out the forms: Don’t use your real information. Use a made-up home address, name, and SSN. Make sure you are filling out all the forms related to either a spouse or a fiancé(e) visa. Make sure you are filling out all the forms related to either obtaining CP or AOS. Make sure you are filling out all the forms related to your fiancé(e)/spouse being eligible for gainful employment in the U.S. Make sure you are filling out all the forms related to bringing your (current or future) stepchildren from Suriname. Next, in a new Word document, write a 1-page paper explaining the submission process and any steps you will need to take once these forms are approved. Compile your filled-out forms with the Word document to submit together.
