Illinois V. Gates case brief

First, read all the way through Illinois v. Gates. After reading Draper, thoroughly review your case brief template and Case Briefing Rubric. T Errors in formatting, citations, sentence structure, grammar, and/or spelling will factor into the score for each category. If you cite the case directly, you can use either APA format (no footnotes, endnotes or bibliography required, just provide in-text citations). Remember “…a case brief is a short structured summary of the relevant facts and issues involved in a particular case. A good case brief includes sufficient factual details so that a set of rules or guidelines may be established to use when making future decisions.” In short, I am looking for your brief of the case and to see that you are properly analyzing all relevant categories.
