Research Aim: To qualitatively and quantitatively explore how Superdry’s social media activities affect core target customer’s online buying behaviour.
1. To identify how Superdry use social media to interact with customers in their teens and twenties.
2. To investigate the customers’ decision factors in online shopping.
3. To critically evaluate how Superdry’s social platforms influence on online shopping.
Hypothesis: Social media platforms have a substantial, positive effect on online shopping.
But you can ignore it and write the report on the way you prefer, if you follow the assignment instructions.
