AZELLA Student Report Analysis

Refer to the ELP Standards for grade 9 and review each domain’s standards. Create a diagram that includes the following information based on this student’s report: • Identify the student’s strengths, challenges, and resulting instructional needs • Create at least 1 objective for each domain listed in the chart above, to address the student’s needs based on their proficiency level • List the ELP Standard(s) from the correct domain to support the objectives • Identify examples of assessments you could use to help the student improve in those areas • Describe brief examples of home activities to support in all three areas (reading, writing, oral) Write a 260- to 350-word narrative that highlights the information you have gathered. Write your narrative in a tone that you would use with a parent during a parent–teacher conference. Be mindful of the “sandwich” method: start on a positive note, follow with the challenges, and end on a positive note.
